Course Summary:
This workshop aims to enable delegates to explore some of the skills, which lead o career success and business effectiveness: business image, self-presentation skills, self-confidence and assertive communication. You will be able to use techniques for personal growth and strategies for applying that growth, practically, in the workplace. It will provide you with techniques for making business life easier through applying the knowledge.

Course Objectives:
After completing this workshop, the student should be able to:

Understanding of all the factors, which create a professional image and strategies for achieving such an image

To explore the importance of self-confidence in career effectiveness and to take delegates through inductive, practical exercises which improve self-confidence

To build a clear understanding of the basics of assertive communication and to practice clear, adult and courteous ways of dealing with both positive and negative business situations.
