Course Summary:
Various studies have shown that testing is the most time-consuming aspect of any system and it is an aspect that cannot be avoided. Despite this, testing receives little or no formal attention and training. The point is made in study after study that testing has the greatest potential for improving delivered quality!

Target Audience:
All IT systems analysts and developers.

Recommended Prerequisites:
Knowledge of the system development life-cycle.
