Course Summary:
This course is aimed at anyone who will be in a position of administrating a Linux based system, or in need of a fuller knowledge of the tools and methods available for administration within Linux.

Target Audience:
Experienced support staff or users who have some hands on experience with a LINUX based system, or who have used another type of system and have attended suitable pre-training.

Recommended Prerequisites:
The participant should have a good basic understanding of LINUX, gained through our course "Linux Introduction" and at least three months practical experience. Alternatively delegates who have solid experience of using UNIX at command line level can also attend.

Course Objectives:
After completing this course, the student should be able to:

  • Administer with self-sufficiency and confidence a Linux based system.
