Course Summary:
This course is intended to give you knowledge on how to deal with conflict within yourself and others and help you to manage certain situations in your life, that you may be directly involved in, as well as specific scenarios that you may observe or be asked to assist with others.

Assessments are done throughout the course in the form of written knowledge questionnaires and practical assignments that the delegates are required to complete as part of the training experience.

Target Audience:
Our anger management course greatly benefits those who need help controlling their outbursts of anger. You will learn how to recognise the signs of anger and how to manage it.
