Recommended Prerequisites:
None

Course Objectives:

  • how to help people develop specific job competencies
  • using coaching to change the organisationís culture

    Key Topics:
Overall, to deliver tangible personal and organisational benefits by developing managersí coaching and mentoring confidence and abilities.

    Participants will achieve this by:

  • Gaining personal insights into their own coaching style and behaviours
  • Challenging their assumptions and beliefs about how people learn
  • Learning from each othersí coaching experiences
  • Learning hands-on techniques for planning, conducting and evaluating on-the-job coaching
